1. Who we are

The controller is Krisztián József Varga. Glossarion Kft. is intended to be established later and is not yet the controller.

2. What information do we collect?

If you join the NovaSeed waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and the date and time you subscribed. You must confirm that you have read and accept this Privacy Policy to submit the form; we do not store that checkbox response separately.

3. Why do we use it?

We use your email address solely to inform you about the development and availability of NovaSeed. We process it on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). It is not used for unrelated communications, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by asking us to delete your address.

4. How is your email handled?

The form is processed by our website hosted byVercel, and the email address and subscription timestamp are stored in a PostgreSQL database provided byNeon. The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (the European Union). Vercel and Neon process data as service providers to operate the website and database. We do not sell your email address.

5. Access and deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your email address, withdraw your consent, or ask us to restrict its use by contacting us atKrisztianJozsef.Varga@proton.me. We keep the address only while it is needed for the waitlist, and delete it when you withdraw consent or request deletion. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.
